Manager selection is based on evaluating investment discipline, style, performance, risk, fee structures and the tenure of the investment team. We seek to understand whether there is a definable investment process, whether the portfolio managers who were responsible for the track record are still in place, and whether they are invested in the product themselves. We make sure we’d be comfortable investing alongside you in any product we might recommend.
We source distinct public and private investment opportunities to help fulfill your needs. We meet with new and existing managers frequently to understand their strategies and discipline. In general, we maintain long term commitments to our managers given our belief that periods of outperformance are accompanied by those of underperformance in the quest for growth and preservation of capital.
